Local Transport Notes on Walking and Cycling (13-05-2004)
The Department for Transport occasionally issues advice to local authorities in the form of local transport notes (LTNs). This document contains two draft LTNs on provision for pedestrians and cyclists for a wide-ranging public consultation.
