The Programme

Figure 1 ‘Summary Programme LTP 2005 Submission Part 1’ and Figure 2 ‘Summary Programme LTP 2005 Submission Part 2’ summarise our LTP2 programme in two sections:

  1. Fully and provisionally approved Major Schemes, together with Structural Maintenance and Transport Block for the LTP2 period.
  2. Proposed new Major Schemes to be submitted during the LTP2 period.

The schemes and programmes in Part 1 are those used in deriving the targets for the LTP2, i.e. no new major scheme contribution has been taken into account in target setting.

We are working with the Government Office for the West Midlands and DfT to secure early approval for the following Major Schemes following the comments received from the DfT in December 2004:

The Finance Forms that the DfT require to be submitted are appended to this LTP. These forms provide a detailed financial breakdown of the proposed LTP programme that follows.
