11.4 Further Development and Adoption of the Plan
As noted throughout the Environmental Report, there are a number of outstanding issues which need to be incorporated in the final LTP. Where these have environmental implications, they will be reflected inthe Environment Statement, which will be published alongside the final LTP.
The Accessibility Strategy will be of particular note, as it will contribute towards the accessibility (population) objective. The final LTP will also need to include the outcomes of the regionalprioritisation process, the various sub-regional studies and the TIF bid.
It is also anticipated that there will be some more detailed tangible outputs from the PRISM model which will be used to verify the conclusions drawn in this report and will be reflected as appropriate in the Environmental Statement.
Any major comments from the DfT, GOWM, the public and other stakeholders will be integrated into the Final LTP. The Final LTP will be submitted to DfT and GOWM in March 2006.
Following the submission of the plan, the DfT will respond with confirmed financial allocations for2007/8, and final indicative allocations for 2008/09 to 2010/11, taking account of all elements of LTP assessment.
