11.3 Responses to the consultation
When theconsultation period has finished a synopsis of comments and appropriaterecommendations will be considered by CEPOG officers and Members of the WestMidlands Planning and Transportation Sub-Committee. The Sub-Committee comprises elected Membersfrom all eight authorities and considers strategic planning and transportmatters as they affect the WMMA as a whole. This will also need to consider how the Environmental Report’s recommendations will be addressed in the final plan. A final plan will then be entered into eachof the eight authorities’ political approval processes in the New Year.
Comments receivedon the contents of the Provisional LTP and Environmental Report will be takeninto consideration as the Final LTP is developed for publication in March 2006.
