Targets
In addition to the mandatory targets set by the DfT, consultation and analysis have enabled us to identify extra targets against which we intend to measure our performance. These are:
- making more efficient use of the existing transport network
- contributing to economic regeneration
- personal security
- freight movement
These extra targets are fundamental to measuring progress on key aspects of our Strategy. Details are set out in Chapter ‘Performance Management ’.
