In accordance with Government Guidance, we have included examples and evidence of our achievements and details of how our LTP2 has been developed and will be put into practice. The remainder of this document contains the Finance Forms as required by the DfT, seven Annexes which provide more details about specific issues highlighted in the Guidance and a Glossary of terms and abbreviations used in the document.
A separate set of technical appendices, providing background information, have been produced to support the LTP2.
